HMC Appointment and Promotion Online Application

We are delighted to welcome you to the website for HMC physicians to apply for appointment as an hospital based faculty at WCMC-Q or, if already appointed, to apply for promotion.

If you have not already read the general requirements for appointment or promotion, please do so here.

This initial application, once complete, will be delivered electronically to both the Office of Medical Education (OME) at HMC and to the Office of Faculty Affairs (OFA) at WCMC-Q. The first steps in processing these applications are the responsibility of OME and applicants should turn to them initially.
